Dal Mughlai Curry

I hate to admit it as lentils are such an easy thing to cook but you are looking at Dal Mughlai Curry from a can. That's right, a can. I saw it at Cost Plus World Market and thought that was a great thing to keep shoved in the cupboard.

Well, I was right. It was fast and easy. I could just as easily make double batches and freeze some to keep on hand, maybe next time. It had a good flavor. Plopped it on some rice, served it with a side of steamed broccoli and some Trader Joe's lavish bread.

Lazy dinner for four on the table.
