We came across this recipe online and the kids went nuts about wanting to make them. You can't really go wrong with cookies. The batter was a bit stiff so the chocolate chips kind of fell out. We had to push them in with our fingers. Once baked they are good. They have a slight coconut odor. They are more on the crunchy/chew side. I hate soft/cakey cookies. As always I used double the amount of vanilla.
