Carrot Raisin Bread

I adapted this recipe from one that came with my bread machine.
This makes a 1.5 lb. loaf.

1 cup warm water mixed with
1 1/2 tsp. egg replacer
2 T. oil
3 T. sugar
2 t. salt
3/4 c uncooked, grated carrots
1 1/4 c white flour
2 c whole wheat flour
3/4 t. cinnamon
1/4 t. nutmeg
2 t. yeast

1/2 c raisins
2-3 T. ground dried beans
2-3 T. ground flax seed
(if using beans add 1/4 c soy milk)

Place in bread machine in order listed.
