Chickpea Sensation Patties

I tried out another recipe from the Everyday Dish DVD. This time I made the chickpea sensation patties. They had a very mild flavor. I liked the crust they formed when I pan fried them. The patties were a bit to soft on the inside to be put on buns but we finished them off. I would make these again but serve them along side some vegetables or salad.



We bought some frozen acai at Henry's and tried our hand at making our own acai bowls. We used raspberries instead of strawberries and add some thawed blueberries. These were really good and we'll make them again. Still not as good as the ones in Pacific Beach though.
