Quick and easy dinner tonight. Corn tortillas filled with refried beans and faux cheese, fried until crispy. Topped with guacamole and more faux cheese if you're 5 or under. Quick and easy.

I chopped up the last of the strawberries from our trip to pick them on Thursday. They are sitting in the fridge next to the bottle of Soy Whip for a quick after dinner treat.
