So Sad

Ramsey was sleeping late one morning last week and Isaac and I had some quality time making muffins. We chose Cinnamon Swirl Muffins from Fatfree Vegan Kitchen. Isaac was an awesome little chef and soon our muffins were in the oven.

As I was removing our muffins from the oven I could feel my grip slipping. I tried really hard to get the pan to the counter. It was not to be. The pan tumbled to the floor. Some of the muffins survived but others were not so lucky.
By this time Ramsey was awake and hungry. So, we each plucked a survivor out of the muffin massacre. We were all please with this recipe. They weren't overly sweet but had a nice cinnamon flavor. We will defiantly make these again AND be a little more careful when holding the pan.
