Let's play a game

The game is called 'Guess that dish'. I'm almost positive....well, pretty sure anyway that I made this from Vegan Express. Fine! It's a freaking guess. But it's a good picture, right?
I'm kidding, it is from Vegan Express. But I really don't remember the title of the recipe and I'm honestly to tired and lazy to get up and look. It was a fried tofu with broccoli over rice noodles and peanut sauce. The adults liked it well enough but not the children.
